All Sales Are Final

Because my products are made-to-order and/or custom vinyl decals, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or design preference changes.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, I will gladly help resolve the issue.

  • You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please include:

    Your order number

    Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

    Photos of the packaging (if applicable)


     

Once reviewed, I will offer either:

A replacement, or

A refund (when applicable)

Lost or Delayed Packages

I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier. However, if your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office first. If you still need help, feel free to reach out.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
