This decal is made out of permanent vinyl which is very adhesable, so much so that it is from the same material that is used for car wraps. Although the stars aren't shown in the picture, the decal WILL come with the holographic stars as shown on the binder cover, they were just exempt from the photo. This decal will be shipped in a protective envelope and can then be transferred onto your binder like a sticker!
